Tadashi Iwanaga
Chairman of the Supervisory Board
Tadashi Iwanaga joined Kanadevia Corporation in 2016. Since 2017 he was leading the Global Business Unit, Environment Business Headquarters as General Manager, before taking over the position of General Manager of the Internal Auditing Department in 2021. In 1987 Mr. Iwanaga successfully completed his degree in Contemporary History in the Faculty of Letters of Kyoto University. Between 1987 and 2016 he was working for MUFG Bank Ltd., where he was holding various positions including the Deputy General Manager of Dusseldorf Branch and the General Manager of the Headquarter Department which covers Japanese listed companies in the Corporate Banking Division. Tadashi Iwanaga assumed the role of Chairman of the KANADEVIA INOVA Supervisory Board on 1 April 2023.
Michi Kuwahara
Member of the Supervisory Board
After the acquisition in December 2010 by Kanadevia Corporation (HZC), Michi Kuwahara served as a Member of the Supervisory Board of Kanadevia Inova. He was significantly involved in both the integration process and the development of KANADEVIA INOVA as part of HZC. Since joining Kanadevia Corporation in 1986, he has held various leadership roles in the finance sector in both the US as well as Japan. Since March 2015, Mr Kuwahara has served as Associate Executive Officer and General Manager at HZC’s Corporate Planning Department and since April 2018, he is a member of the Executive Officers at Kanadevia Corporation.
Yuichi Okura
Member of the Supervisory Board
Yuichi Okura joined Kanadevia Corporation in 2021 as Senior Managing Executive Officer and General Manager of Global Headquarters at HZC. His career started at MUFG Bank Ltd in 1982. He held various positions there including Manager of the Los Angeles and Singapore Branch and Managing Executive Officer. Yuichi Okura leads the HZC Global Headquarters with the deep experience and financial knowledge gained over several decades in global business. He was appointed to the position of Member of the Supervisory Board of Kanadevia Inova AG effective 1 April 2024.
Bruno-Frédéric Baudouin

Before taking over as CEO of Kanadevia Inova in January 2018 Bruno-Frédéric Baudouin was Operations General Manager for Europe, Africa & large EPC projects worldwide in the Gas Power Systems Division at GE Power, Switzerland. He brings with him many years’ experience in the energy sector, having held a range of managerial positions in Switzerland and abroad. Bruno-Frédéric Baudouin holds two Master of Science of École Polytechnique & École Nationale du Petrole et des Moteurs in France, as well as a Master of Business & Administration of INSEAD in France.

Heiko Wiesner

In January 2019 Kanadevia Inova appointed Heiko Wiesner as Chief Financial Officer and Head of Shared Services. Heiko brings with him 25 years of experience in the operational and financial leadership of project and service businesses across the Power and Transport industries. Working for multi-national organisations, he has been based in a number of countries during his career, including Switzerland, UK and Brazil. Heiko Wiesner holds an Executive MBA in Business Engineering from the University of St. Gallen and a Masters in Business Economics from the Helmut-Schmidt University in Hamburg.
Fabio Dinale
Executive Vice President Business Development
Fabio Dinale joined Kanadevia Inova as Vice President Renewable Gas in early 2019. Since 2020 he has been responsible for the development and implementation of global business operations and growth strategies as Vice President Business Development. With a master’s degree in management engineering from Politecnico di Milano, Fabio Dinale has dedicated his career to international plant engineering and environmental technology for over 20 years. He has worked in Italy, the USA and the United Arab Emirates, among other places, and brings a wealth of experience from various project management and leadership functions.
Daniel Dreier
Executive Vice President Waste to X & Renewable Gas Plants
Before joining KANADEVIA INOVA in February 2015, Daniel Dreier headed several large EPC projects worldwide as a project director at ALSTOM Power. He has more than 25 years of experience in the EPC business in different functions and has worked several years abroad. Daniel Dreier holds a master’s in mechanical engineering from the ETH, the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich.
Thomas Feilenreiter

Thomas Feilenreiter took over as VP of the Systems & Service Solutions business unit in March 2022. He has over 30 years of experience in the energy and environmental business. During this time he has held various senior executive positions at companies including LAB SA, Lyon, CNIM SA, Paris and Steinmüller, Gummersbach. He has worked both nationally and internationally, with a focus on the whole of Europe, the Middle East, South East Asia and the USA. Thomas Feilenreiter holds a degree in engineering from the Friedrich-Alexander-University Erlangen-Nuremberg in Germany.

Keith Carr joined KANADEVIA INOVA in October 2023 as Executive Vice President Asset Management. Keith has a wealth of experience and a strong track record in various roles across the energy, power and building materials sectors. He held Executive Committee positions at Alstom, GE Power and Holcim. He is a Solicitor with an LLB (Hons) from Northumbria University, a Chartered Secretary and has an HNC in Business and Finance from Canterbury College.

Linda Jackson is Senior Vice President of People & Culture, driving KANADEVIA INOVA’s HR agenda throughout the company’s ongoing expansion in various business areas. Having joined in January 2023, Linda brings two decades of experience spanning Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Russia, Central Asia and Australia, building up a formidable track record in major industrial companies including in the mining and fertilizer sectors.
Philipp Bader
Vice President Technology Group
Philipp Bader is Vice President Technology Group at KANADEVIA INOVA. With the company since 1991, Philipp oversees the development and implementation of KANADEVIA INOVA’s industry-leading waste infrastructure management technologies, with responsibility for process design, tendering and project execution of grate/boiler, water-steam cycle and balance of plant systems, and more. Philipp also leads KANADEVIA INOVA’s R&D and Decarbonisation departments under the Technology Group. He has a Diploma in Process Engineering at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zürich.
Touffik Fredj
Vice President Regional Growth Group
Touffik was appointed VP Regional Growth Group and External Affairs at Kanadevia Inova in December 2021. He brings more than 20 years of experience in business development for emerging markets, with a successful track record in advocacy and external affairs built in the course of co-leading development for infrastructures, large power stations and transportation projects. After gaining a master’s degree in political science studies, Touffik started his career with four years at the Ministry of Finance & Industry at the French Embassy in Algeria.
Simon Retailleau
Senior Strategy Director
Simon Retailleau is Senior Strategy Director for KANADEVIA INOVA. Before joining in August 2022, Simon spent six years at Siemens, where he held a number of global VP roles for Siemens, including in Service, Portfolio Management, Digital Transformation and Strategy. Simon brings experience from positions based across the world including Asia, the Middle East and Europe. He holds a Master degree in Engineering from Ecole Centrale Nantes, a Master’s degree in Management from Tsinghua University, and an MBA from IMD in Switzerland.

Vincenzo Spandri holds a law degree (Juris Doctor) from the University of Bologna. As principal legal partner to our senior leadership he brings a wealth of experience in the legal management of global project businesses. With his team Vincenzo Spandri provides solutions that protect the group’s interests, promote ethics in business and enhance sustainable growth.
