The name change from Hitachi Zosen Inova to Kanadevia Inova will officially take effect on 1 October. We are therefore asking all our stakeholders to update their records and systems to reflect this change from that date.

The name change is part of a strategic rebranding initiative driven by our parent company, Hitachi Zosen Corporation. Along with this, our Group companies will also adopt the Kanadevia Inova name. The name change from Hitachi Zosen Inova to Kanadevia Inova will officially take effect on 1 October. We recommend that all stakeholders update their records and systems to reflect this change as of this date.

No, the name change will not impact the products and services you receive. Our offerings will remain the same and you can continue to expect the same high level of quality, reliability, and innovation that Hitachi Zosen Inova has always stood for.

No, there are no changes to the company’s management or ownership structure. The management board and ownership remain the same. The rebranding to Kanadevia Inova does not affect our internal leadership or organizational structure.

Yes, we kindly ask that you update your records to reflect our new company name, Kanadevia Inova, as of 1 October. This includes updating the name on invoices and any other legal documents or correspondence issued after that date.

The legal entity registration numbers and tax IDs will remain the same after the name change. Only the name of the legal entity will change.

07. Will the contact details for your company change?

With the rebranding, we will be changing our domain name to kanadevia-inova.com and therefore our email addresses to ***@kanadevia-inova.com. The current email addresses will remain functional, so you can still contact us there until further notice. Telephone numbers will remain the same.

All existing contracts with Hitachi Zosen Inova will remain valid and binding. There is no need to re-sign contracts solely due to the name change.
