Better availability

The feed hopper incorporates a patented wear plate design without horizontal seams, significantly reducing the risk of waste accumulation and blockages. This results in smoother waste flow and fewer operational interruptions. In addition, the modular cooling structure provides more reliable and consistent cooling performance, ensuring stable operation under demanding plant conditions.

Longer lifetime

The optimised hopper design reduces thermal stress by minimising blockages and the associated risk of backfires. All welds are located outside the high-temperature zone, protecting critical structural connections from thermal fatigue. Direct cooling of the wear plates lowers wear rates and prolongs component life, while the support frame is positioned outside the thermally affected area, reducing exposure of approximately 30% of the structural material to damaging temperatures. Together, these features significantly increase the overall service life of the hopper.

Maintenance efficiency and friendliness

The modular panel design enables individual sections to be replaced without dismantling the entire hopper. This simplifies maintenance activities, reduces downtime, and lowers lifecycle costs.
