Joining Kanadevia Inova means working on plants that are built, commissioned and run for decades. Here is what that looks like in practice.

You don’t hand over a package and move on. From first concept to commissioning, you stay with your project across the full EPC lifecycle and see your decisions take shape on site.

Layout, process, mechanical, electrical and civil engineers work side by side on every project. That gives you insight far beyond your own field and makes you a better engineer with every plant.

Each plant we deliver reduces emissions and strengthens energy resilience for the communities it serves. Your work is something you can point to.

Our Italian business is expanding fast, from waste to X to renewable gas. That growth brings new projects, new responsibilities and real career paths for the people who make it happen.
