Job Description
- Execute audit assignments as per the annual audit plan
- Review adequacy and effectiveness of controls in key business processes (procurement, contract management, project execution, operations & maintenance, finance).
- Identify process gaps, risks, and control weaknesses; recommend practical improvements.
- Prepare clear, concise audit reports and discuss findings with management.
- Follow up on the implementation of agreed remediation actions.
- Support fraud risk assessments and investigate allegations of misconduct.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or a related field, with 3–5 years of experience in audit, risk, or finance.
- Strong knowledge of audit methodologies, risk assessment, data analytics, and preferably internal audit tools such as ACL; CIA certification is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with confidence handling large datasets and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with fluent written and spoken English.
- Proven ability to manage projects, work independently and cross-functionally, and drive improvements in a fast-paced, complex matrix organization.

Compensation
Basic wage component (gross): 2300 EUR/month
This amount is our minimum offered salary. Compensation is determined based on your level, skills, experience, and qualifications.
