Kanadevia Inova acquires assets from Bieber Industrie in France

Zurich, Switzerland — Kanadevia Inova, a global leader in solutions for the energy transition and circular economy, announces the acquisition of a number of assets from French metalwork specialist Bieber Industrie, bolstering its team in the country and boosting support for customers across Western Europe.

The deal, struck earlier this year, strengthens Kanadevia Inova’s manufacturing of thermal waste treatment components, specifically securing the production of the Inova II grate, which Bieber Industrie has manufactured for the company for 30 years.

By integrating Bieber's Drulingen facility and workforce, the move expands the Kanadevia Inova Est Industries team to over 250 employees. This expansion significantly scales the company’s industrial boilerwork and service capacity to meet rising demand in the aging European waste infrastructure market.
