Kanadevia Inova to strengthen engineering and sourcing capabilities through acquisition of Indian engineering company

Zurich, Switzerland — Kanadevia Inova, a global leader in solutions for the energy transition and circular economy, announces the acquisition of Petrokens Engineering & Services Pvt Ltd, an engineering company based in Chennai, India.
The transaction strengthens Kanadevia Inova’s engineering and sourcing capabilities and supports its ability to deliver competitive and affordable Waste-to-X solutions in a broader range of markets.
Located in Chennai, Petrokens employs more than 80 people and provides detail-engineering services across a range of industrial sectors, including energy, chemicals and industrial infrastructure.
Following completion of the transaction, its capabilities will support Kanadevia Inova’s engineering and sourcing activities in India and the wider Asia-Pacific region while complementing the company’s established supply-chain operations in Europe.
