It also keeps us closer to the assets we build and accountable for their performance over time. And as the forest grows, so do our knowledge, our operating capability and our ability to replicate what works across assets and markets.

With the acquisition of BioValue, we are strengthening our asset management capabilities in continental Europe and gaining a strong platform for the development, operation, maintenance and management of biomethane plants in the Netherlands.

It is an important step towards our ambition to build a global asset management business spanning the full infrastructure lifecycle, from project development to life time asset management, focused on decarbonisation, circularity and energy resilience.

And to our two dozen new colleagues joining us: welcome to Kanadevia Inova. We are very glad to have you with us.

You bring something that cannot be built overnight: years of local knowledge, technical expertise, operating experience and relationships. You give us strong roots in a market we want to expand in and the capability to grow the forest there.
