In 2015 Sweden launched an initiative aimed at significantly reducing the country’s carbon emissions and making it the first industrialised nation in the world to become a fossil fuel-free economy. Kanadevia Inova actively contributed to the achievement of this target with Sweden’s first Kompogas™ plant.
Located within the Renewable Energy Park in Högbytorp, north of Stockholm, the facility uses three Kompogas™ PF2100 steel fermenters to ensure the efficient dry fermentation of organic waste.
