In waste-to-energy (WtE) boilers, ash deposits in the radiation passes reduce heat transfer, increase corrosion risk, and can cause unplanned shutdowns for manual cleaning. Our rotating nozzle is engineered to deliver highly effective, uniform cleaning, even in the most challenging conditions—offering better cleaning performance and longer service life than existing systems.
High-performance design
The nozzle is the heart of the radiation pass cleaning system, vital for optimal fluid distribution and cleaning performance. It uses a dual-action cleaning mechanism that combines mechanical impact with thermal effect. Its gearless, water-powered drive system is designed to operate at low rotation speed. It therefore ensures minimum water atomisation, maximum impact energy, and extended cleaning performance. Its compact design fits most boiler types and allows upgrading existing spray cleaning systems at minimum cost.

Features and benefits
The Jet360 head is equipped with four horizontal water jet nozzles and two optional upward-directed water jet nozzles, which extend the cleaning range and performance. The rotation of the Jet360 unifies the cleaning across the entire radiation pass section and eliminates cleaning patterns that are normally left behind.
The advanced water nozzle has high-impact water jets at multiple angles, breaking up sticky, sintered, and low-melting ash deposits. This allows longer operating intervals, reduced wear and tear, and minimum water costs.
The controlled rotation spreads narrow water jets across heating surfaces, reducing water atomisation and evaporation to a minimum. This leads to lower water consumption per cleaning cycle compared to existing nozzles, and it reduces disturbance to combustion controls, allowing a more stable operation of your boiler and minimising thermal stress in the radiation passes.
The Jet360 is built from high-grade, heat- and wear-resistant materials and features a "curtain cooling concept (3C)” that reduces thermal stress in the nozzle during operation, even under harsh conditions. The gearless, water-powered drive system stands for low maintenance needs (patent pending). The rotation of the Jet360 ensures hose stability, preventing it from swinging in the boiler and reducing mechanical stresses.
The Jet360 is compatible with most of the existing spray cleaning systems. The compact design enables seamless integration with a wide range of boilers and minimal installation costs, and allows you to upgrade your spray cleaning system quickly, since installation can take place during operation and does not require a shutdown. The nozzle orifices and drive system can be adjusted to match your boiler characteristics while minimising operational costs
